These Terms of Service govern your use of Servlo, our Instagram automation service. By using Servlo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
What Servlo Does
Servlo is a Chrome extension that helps you:
- Detect who has unfollowed you on Instagram
- Analyze your following/followers relationships
- Provide automation features for social media growth
- Manage your Instagram presence more efficiently
Your Responsibilities
Instagram Terms Compliance
You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Servlo is a tool to help you manage your Instagram presence, but you remain responsible for all actions taken on your account.
Account Security
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account and Servlo account. Don't share your login credentials with others.
Acceptable Use
Use Servlo responsibly and don't engage in spam, harassment, or other harmful activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription & Payment
Pricing
Servlo offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription of $1/week, billed through Stripe.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a weekly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial weeks.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Instagram's API changes or service interruptions may temporarily affect Servlo's functionality.
Limitations & Disclaimers
No Guarantees
Servlo helps you manage your Instagram presence, but we don't guarantee specific results like follower growth or engagement rates. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Instagram Changes
Instagram frequently updates their platform and APIs. These changes may affect Servlo's functionality. We'll work to adapt, but some features may become temporarily unavailable.
Account Risks
Using automation tools always carries some risk of Instagram detecting automated activity. While we design Servlo to be safe, we cannot guarantee your account won't face restrictions.
Intellectual Property
Servlo and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your Instagram content. We only access and analyze data you've authorized us to process for providing our services.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Termination
You can stop using Servlo at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, we'll delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we're required to retain it by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the extension. Continued use of Servlo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
